    Founder & Creative Director

    Provides the creative and strategic vision for Green Seed Arts, shaping programs, learning experiences, and partnerships rooted in creativity, nature connection, and community wellbeing. Oversees the overall direction and integrity of the work.

    Director of Community Programs

    Leads the planning and delivery of programs, gatherings, and collaborative initiatives. Translates vision into well-run, meaningful experiences and supports facilitators, partners, and participants across offerings.

    Lead Educator & Program Facilitator

    Supports high-quality learning experiences across classes and workshops, bringing strong facilitation skills and care-centered pedagogy. Helps ensure programs are engaging, inclusive, and responsive to participants.

    Design Associate

    Contributes to the design and development of gardens, learning environments, and creative installations. Supports aesthetic coherence, material selection, and hands-on implementation of physical spaces.

    Operations & Systems Steward (AI-Supported)

    Oversees operational systems, scheduling, contracts, and workflows to keep the organization running smoothly. Handles exceptions, coordination, and decision-making when human judgment is required.

    Finance & Administrative Support (Part-Time / Contract)

    Manages bookkeeping, budgeting support, and financial tracking to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency. Supports reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
