Workshops for Care Settings
Integrating nature connection, sensory exploration, and creative expression in care communities can have a profound effect on the wellbeing of residents.

Garden Art Workshops
Creative practice rooted in nature and memory.
Facilitated creative sessions that blend nature connection with expressive arts, storytelling, and reflective practice.
These workshops support self-expression, memory, and relational connection through gentle prompts and shared experience, held in a way that honors each participant’s capacity and lived history.
We have many different project themes to choose from for a single workshop, and curated bundles for multiple sessions. Here are just a few:
- Journal Making & Art Journaling
- Self Reflective Collage with Nature Objects
- Intro to Herbalism - Salves & Tinctures
- Clay Play with Plant Prints
- Posies & Flower Arranging

Hands-On Gardening Sessions
Garden-based engagement for wellbeing and connection.
Gentle, hands-on garden sessions that invite participants into sensory connection with plants, soil, and seasonal rhythms.
Activities are adaptable and may include planting, harvesting, tending, observation, and simple creative engagement with natural materials. The emphasis is on presence, dignity, and meaningful participation rather than productivity or outcomes.
Combines well with Garden Art Workshops for a longer session. We also install interactive gardens at community sites. Visit our Garden Projects page to learn more.
