Our designs support relationship between people and place, across generations, and with the more-than-human world. Through tending, observation, and play, we engage in meaningful connection, sensory nourishment, and a felt sense of kinship with nature.

At Community Learning Hub, we prioritize creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where children and families can thrive. Our classes and workshops encourage exploration, creativity, and mutual respect, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging. Inclusive Learning Environment What We Offer A collective of educators offering classes, workshops, and events for children, families, and community building. What We Create:

    • Enchanting, child-centered gardens for open-ended play

    • Seasonal, sensory-rich learning landscapes that also produce food, flowers, and herbs

    • Nature play spaces for homes, schools, and community sites

    • Restorative gardens for elders, caregivers, and intergenerational use

    • Biodiversity-friendly designs supporting pollinators and native ecology

    • Optional collaborative build days where children help shape their space

Our resource sharing network empowers families by providing access to educational materials, tools, and support. We believe in collaboration and resourcefulness, allowing families to connect and share valuable experiences and insights. • How it Works

    1

    Inquiry & Discovery

Share a bit about your space, goals, and timeline through our short Garden Survey or during a free 20-minute discovery call. This helps us understand your hopes for the space and determine the best next step.
    2

    Site Visit & Design Listening

During the site visit we observe the physical characteristics of the space, and how the garden will be used. We also discuss learning, play, or therapeutic goals that the garden may support.
    3

    Concept Design & Proposal

You receive a custom design direction shaped around your needs, values, and budget, along with a proposal outlining next steps for bringing the garden to life.
    4

    Installation Support

We collaborate with you and/or trusted landscaping professionals to bring the garden to life using natural materials and thoughtful layouts.
    5
